The city's heart still beats!

Ended up getting 8" of snow. The city was better prepared this time as the streets were clearer and easier to get around on. Schools were still closed but more people seamed to be out and about! I had  a pretty productive day. Got everything accomplished I had on my agenda, and some. 

Stop The Snow!!

We got another 8" of snow last night and the news says more on the way around 1pm! YUK!
This year is the 4th largest snow fall in history they are saying. I just want it to ALL go away!

IT'S BEEN A WHILE!

Well Peeps it has been a long time...like 4-5 years! A lot has happened. I've lost a few people very near and dear to my heart and I've gained a few too! I still enjoy the computer, but these days it is mostly for pleasure. The industry has become very saurated and pay is unstable so I went into business for myself. I started buying properties and fixing them up. I currently have 3 very nice units...and counting.
I have a new found love for backpacking, hiking and backcountry camping. I have a few great trips planned for this year and am very excited to explore! My biggest goal is to hike the Appalachian Trail, starting at the Southern Terminus in Georgia and completing a thru hike ending at the Northern Terminus in Maine! Hopefully I will embark on this adventure in a couple of years. I'll keep you informed!

Getting Organized

Today I spent most of the day working on getting my notes organized from my Anglers meetings and studying. Getting ready to start working with DotNetNuke. Very exciting stuff! I have had the little ones around this weekend. My nephews from Kentucky are coming in Sunday and staying for the week...it's their spring break. Hope to accomplish as much in life this coming week!

A busy week

It has been a busy week, but well worth it. I have been house setting for my in-laws, remodeling my home, keeping track of work being done on one of my Real Estate projects, and working on Computer Stuff. We learnt more tools. I will post them at a later date! Have a GREAT weekend everyone!!
