Back To It!

As I have mentioned before, I am involved in real estate investing. My first project has been a BIG under taking. I bought it about 4 years ago. And several frustrations later the project is under way again. The new contractor seems very promising. I have been down there today to check in on them and work is moving a long at an excellent pace. I have bought other real estate property projects and since this one and have not had near the problems. I am excited to see this thing finally move forward. At this rate this crew will have us ready for renters or to sale, which ever we decide to do, with in a couple of months. YEAH
